These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cotton & Cove Atelier online store (the "Store," "Site," "we," "us," "our"), including any purchases made through our Shopify storefront. By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We may limit order quantities or refuse any order in our sole discretion (including suspected fraud, resale concerns, or inventory limits).

5) Orders, Payment, and Authorization

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders for any reason.

If we cancel after payment is captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You authorize us (and Shopify/payment processors) to charge your payment method for your order total, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other factors can affect delivery times.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, as confirmed by the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

International orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy (posted on our Site). If a Return Policy is not posted, requests will be handled case-by-case to the extent permitted by law.

8) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Promotions and discount codes may be modified, paused, or ended at any time.

Codes generally cannot be combined unless stated.

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You understand that products shipped internationally may be subject to import restrictions and customs delays.
